Admission Periods
Tokyo Waseda Foreign Language School offers four admission periods each year.

From Application to Admission
Submit Documents
Submit your application documents and pay the screening fee.
Immigration Application
The school submits the application documents to the Tokyo Immigration Bureau.
Certificate of Eligibility Issued
The Certificate of Eligibility is issued.
Tuition Payment & Visa Application
After paying tuition, you will receive the Certificate of Eligibility and apply for a visa at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your home country.
Arrival & Enrollment
Enter Japan and begin your studies at Tokyo Waseda Foreign Language School.

Short-Term Admission
If you hold a Short-Term Stay visa, Dependent visa, Working Holiday visa, or similar, please contact us first.
We will confirm your study period, intake timing, and course content before guiding you to an available class.

MEXT Scholarship for International Students (JASSO)
Monthly 30,000 yen / Annual 360,000 yen
Tokyo Waseda Foreign Language School Scholarship
Monthly 10,000 yen / Annual 120,000 yen
