January
January Entrance Ceremony
New students join our school community at the beginning of the year. The ceremony welcomes students from around the world as they begin their Japanese language journey.
February
Extracurricular Activities
Students participate in various cultural and educational activities to enhance their learning experience and build community connections.
March
Graduation Ceremony/Spring Break
We celebrate the achievements of our graduating students as they move on to universities or careers. Following the ceremony, students enjoy spring break.
April
April Entrance Ceremony
The start of the new academic year in Japan. We welcome a new cohort of international students to our school with a formal ceremony.
May
Extracurricular Activities (Disney Land, Disney Sea)
Students enjoy a day trip to Tokyo Disney Resort, providing a fun opportunity to practice Japanese in a real-world setting while experiencing Japanese culture.
June
EJU (Examination for Japanese University Admission)
Students prepare for and take the EJU, an important examination for international students planning to study at Japanese universities.
July
July Entrance Ceremony/JLPT
We welcome summer intake students while others take the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) to certify their language skills.
August
Summer Break
Students enjoy summer vacation, with many participating in cultural activities, short trips, or additional language practice sessions.
September
Extracurricular Activities
The fall semester begins with cultural performances and activities that help students develop their language skills and cultural understanding.
October
October Entrance Ceremony
Our final intake of the year welcomes new students from around the world to begin their studies at Tokyo Waseda.
November
EJU/Personal Meeting for Universities Admission
Students take the second EJU of the year and receive personalized counseling for university applications.
December
JLPT/Christmas Concert/Winter Break
Students take the winter JLPT, participate in our annual Christmas concert, and then enjoy winter break.
